Runtime Error Messages Having a Senior Moment

By Anne Torres

Runtime error messages can run away with your sanity. If your PC and your Windows Operating System have no room for commands to run, your runtime errors will start running your life.

Runtime error messages are happen when a program you are running has a "senior" moment. The commands that are supposed to be running either overlook what they were doing, get unfocused easily, or go in the incorrect direction. Most of us run into a senior moment long before a senior citizen discount becomes something to look forward to.

Having a lot of running around to do or getting orders from all directions can obstruct our memory and we start running into problems and we need a timeout to collect our thoughts. Sometimes we run into wrong directions, and we have to discontinue because we don't know where we're going. Other times, there's a problem with the hardware or wiring in our brain, and our brain doesn't run as it's programmed to. That's exactly how runtime PC errors occur.

PC errors that show runtime errors are telling you that the computer program you were using did not run properly. There are many reasons for runtime PC errors. Many runtime errors, particularly those that occur while using Java or javascript, are a result of an error in the javascript or Java program and the way it was written. If the programmer wrote the incorrect code, or just forgot to add a parenthesis character, a runtime or javascript error will pop up on your PC. An error running a command can also occur from low computer memory or lack of other hardware resources, or because the Windows registry has too many excess files, empty files and conflicting paths.

When you execute a command, (which just means telling the program to begin), the commands from the program run in a "runtime environment". If the environment for running a program isn't in the pink, then a carry out command won't run properly and runtime PC errors will discontinue your program from running.

The runtime environment comprises your computer's processing unit, the software that the program is run on and depends on, and your Windows Operating System. Your Windows Operating System needs your Windows registry to run. In reality, if your computer came with Windows, then every piece of hardware and software on computer requires your Windows registry to run. Every command flows through the Windows registry either directly or indirectly, and a shady registry which hasn't been kept in a good runtime environment can cause a lot of errors, not just runtime errors. - 22787
