Why You Need to Research a Computer Notebook Before You Buy One!

By Matthew Mack

I am so glad you chose to start looking for a computer notebook. With that said, it is very important to pick the right notebook for your needs. There are so many brands and computers out there it is ridiculous! But with some investigation and narrowing down what you need, you can find the notebook that is right for you!

1. Make sure that it is a notebook (laptop) computer that you are looking for and not a desktop computer. the main difference is that the desktop computer is larger and not made for carrying around from place to place, where the laptop or notebook is.

2. Now that you know that you definitely want a notebook computer, you must figure out what the computer will be used for. If you are intending to use it for projects or homework assignments, you will need a longer battery life and lighter weight (since you will be carrying it everywhere). If you want it more for home use, like working in different rooms, then weight and portability are not as much a problem. Neither would battery life since you could plug it in most of the time. But you would be concerned with its processing capability and its speed.

3. How are the memory, processor, RAM, optical drive, data ports, and graphics card in your computer? Scared yet? This is where most people get nervous about the computer world. It shouldn't be scary though since all you need to know can be found in Wikipedia, Google, or my website. It is important to know what the different parts of the computer do and by taking the time to read up on them you can make a great choice on your future computer.

My site is dedicated to computer notebooks and helping people buy the ones they need! By just researching a little bit on the web you can easily make an informed decision and avoid all the hassle and sales pressure! With just a little help you can be an expert in no time! - 22787
